Nestled just off the main square, this hotel embodies simplicity and elegance in perfect harmony, much like the modern Italian design I adore.Upon entering the breakfast room, I was greeted by a spread of homemade delights, including Clelia's jams that reminded me of sweet fruit preserves my nonna used to make. The terrace, outfitted with deck chairs and a barbecue, offered panoramic views of the Marine Protected Area's crystalline waters, teeming with vibrant fish-a serene spectacle during breakfast.Throughout my stay, the hotel's commitment to sustainability shone through, evident in their elimination of single-use plastics and provision of free, ice-cold water. The culinary experience extended beyond breakfast, with the traditional soup showcasing Ustica's bountiful produce.Clelia encapsulates the essence of modern Italian hospitality, where design, sustainability, and gastronomy converge seamlessly. A hidden gem for those seeking a taste of Italy's future in hospitality.
